Management by objectives

Management by objectives is a system of management whereby the objectives is set by both the management and the employees. This joint decision making process ensures that both management and the employees are committed to attain the objectives. Management by objectives has in recent years been quite successful because of the integration of the employees in the decision making process. See also: School and University
